3.2 Free Estimate

We provide free estimates for all standard plumbing services. Mark Araujo will diagnose the issue and provide you with a detailed, upfront quote before any work begins. The estimate is valid for 30 days from the date provided.

3.3 Approval and Scheduling

Upon your approval of the estimate, we will schedule the work at a mutually convenient time. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

3.4 Completion of Work

Mark Araujo will personally perform or directly supervise all work. We will complete the work in a professional manner using quality materials and industry-standard techniques.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). The prices listed on our website are starting rates for standard services. Final pricing will be determined after diagnosis and provided in a written estimate before work begins.

Prices may vary based on:

• Time needed to complete the work

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.

We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services. Emergency services may be subject to additional charges, which will be disclosed before work begins. Emergency response times may vary based on demand and circumstances.

14.2 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, you agree to participate in mediation in Pinellas County, Florida before pursuing litigation. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability
